I got the package last week with all of the spice packets, chili, and cornbread (good thinking about the cornbread, btw..). I couldn't believe it! We used one of the hot taco seasoning packets today and made these quesadilla-type things with carrots, meat (spicy), and cheese.... Really good.
Something that changed last week is that we need to go to Bahía every week now, instead of every two weeks. I think President wants us to focus together as districts, so that we can really work to make the goals that we set during zone conference. So yeah, and tonight, in an hour and a half or so, Elder Marambio and I are going to the terminal to catch the bus to Bahía. We'll arrive tonight instead of tomorrow so that we can go to the Registro Civil... I don´t know what it would be called in English or in the United States, but it's the place that we go to get the Argentine residency. Basically, renewing a visa and Elder Marambio has to get his done tomorrow. Así que bueno...
It was a good week... We taught a lot of people this week which is always fantastic. And in our district we had baptisms! Have you ever seen "Kicking and Screaming", the soccer movie with Will Ferrell? In the movie, there are these two Italian kids that pretty much run the team and Will Ferrell is always telling the other kids to give the ball to the Italians... Pretty funny, but I met two Argentine kids in Bahía that are just like the Italian kids in that movie!! It's awesome. And what's even better is they got baptized last week, them and their mom! Way cool.
Well Mom I hope everything isn't too crazy on that side of the world.. :) I´ll talk to you later, love you!!
