They give us a little MTC credit card that we use for meals in the cafeteria and $6.00 more gets added on to it every Wednesday for whatever else we want to spend it on. In the bookstore here, they have almost everything I need from laundry supplies to pens. Everything is 40% off, too, which is pretty great. Most anything I need, I can buy there, but I don't have a lot of time to go there very often. Things that I haven't found in the bookstore are the "good" Old Spice deodorants (yeah, I know...™ :) and Nyquil, which I guess the BYU bookstore doesn't want to sell. So now I feel like the Pablo Escobar of Nyquil in the MTC, thanks to your last package. Pretty awesome :)
I got a haircut last week and it still feels great! I was afraid I was going to get butchered, and the “missionary grooming standards page” would be used as an excuse. Thankfully my fear was subdued...
Spanish has started to come a little bit better for me. Some days I am totally lost and some days I feel actually fluent, haha... it's kind of weird. I saw the Russian computer program that the Russian missionaries use.... and I feel a lot better about Spanish.
I got a few letters this week which is really nice, especially from Walker, Brooke, and Shane. They will be hearing from me soon :) Also, will you please send me Grandpa's email? I'm really excited for Jackson to come next week. And I want to know when McKay is coming to the MTC, no one remembers to tell me...
Anyway I'm just pushing along here and having a great time. Love you!
