That's interesting how you made contact with Elder Wallace's mom haha.. One day in Suarez, when Elder Marambio and I were visting some members, they told me that Elder Wallace had gotten married.... that was fast!
About two weeks ago we did divisions again. Elder Miranda and I went into my area to work for about a day and a half, and we had a really cool experience. We were talking to people in the street and shortly after, a man (blue eyes, long hair, white skin) walked up to us, and greeted us with a nod of the head while we were talking to another person. He then walked past us and waited a few feet from us until we finished the contact we were making. After the contact, we walked over to talk to him. We initially thought he might be an investigator from awhile back, who we had been looking to talk to again--so that was our thought process at that moment. We walked up to him, shook his hand and asked his name. He didn't give it to us. Instead, he told us that there were two women, 2 1/2 blocks away, tomando aire (which means, basically, they were sitting outside on the porch, just chilling). And he said for us to go over there and talk to them. So then, we were like, ok thank you very much, and we headed over there. And, as we were walking away, we looked at his hand and he had a really large quantity of Pass Along cards from the church--pictures of the Buenos Aires Temple, Christ, those cards with the little questions, all of them. And they filled his hand like an un-shuffled deck of cards. We went looking for these ladies and they were in the exact spot where this man had told us they were, and they both had Pass Along cards in their hands. We didn't have time to teach them right then, but we were able to a couple of days later.
But what does that say?? A random guy, not part of any branch here in Tandil, with a bunch of cards from the church, passing them out to people and then sending us to them...
Well those are just some of my adventures :)
I love you Mom.
P.S. Trying to get pictures sent... I swear.
