I did receive the Easter package on Monday, and I did get the Amazon package on Saturday, thank you so much! Thanks for letting me know that Wyatt sent that shoe package, too, hopefully it will be at our house when we get back from buying groceries. This is the 5th P-Day of this month and they haven't put any new funds for May onto our cards yet, so we're all going to have to dip into our personal accounts today to get stuff taken care of.
The music I have on my iPod is just fine, I love the Tabernacle Choir and that's all I have on it, and that's all I care to have on it. I'm sure that my companions will have their music to listen too, also. Either way, the only time to really listen to music is during breakfast and right before we go to bed, I haven't missed using my iPod yet, but it would be nice to get a working speaker for it, especially down the road a little bit.
We're planning on being online again later today, we won't have as much time as we normally do, though. We're going to Chinatown today, then we'll go over to the stake center afterwards. I wish I could say that I wasn't going to spend any money, but you know me well enough to know that I will.
We didn't have as much success this week as we were hoping for, we had a lot fall through. I was a little discouraged towards the end of the week, too. I'll get over it.
Here are a few photos for you, too.
I love you, Mom!
Love, Elder Koeven.
(Later) There are a few things I forgot to mention in my earlier e-mail. I need you to mail me the suit I left hanging in my closet, the dark blue and grey pinstriped one. The suit I brought out here, I had to sew up the hem during the second week here, and the other pant is starting to come undone already. "Ain't nobody got time for dat!" I need to get a few more pairs of pants, too, at least two. Elder Garry told me where to go get them for a decent price, and they're a good product. So I'm going to have to use a bit of that tax refund when it comes through. Oh, and the suit I need you to send me, I'll only wear it on the days I have meetings, so we'll prolong that life as much as possible.
